• I do Wips for 2 stages ONLY (sketch and flat color) Otherwise, all my wips are posted on Instagram story @/meowusaurus

• I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.

• I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I know I am unable to draw your request or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

• Do not ask me to draw in a different style. Your commission will immediately get canceled.

• If you are rude upon interacting with me, then I reserve the right to cancel your petition.

• Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change) especially if your character wears neon / bright colors

I don't do private commissions.

• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any charge back.​

Refunds

 

I can only refund 100% payment if I have not started working on the sketch.

​

Once the sketch has been started, I can only refund 50% of the payment

​

Once the line art / flat color stage is reached, there will be no refunds.

 

Payment

DO NOT send me payment if I haven't yet confirmed your commission.

You will only have 48 hours to send your payment before I cancel your commission.

If you have sent me a Commission note and do not want one anymore, please notify me as soon as possible instead of staying silent. It wastes my time and the time of other people waiting on the To Do List.

I will not start your commission until you have paid me upfront.

 

I DON'T accept half and half payment, I ONLY do full upfront

I have full rights over my artwork. Regardless of you being the commissioner, the art still belongs to me. So, I may do whatever I wish with it, for example: 

•            ♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters of course).

•            ♦ Promote myself with it in any place.

•            ♦ Publish books with it/ Use for portfolios, etc.

As a commissioner you are allowed to:

•            ♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).

•            ♦ Print the art only for your personal use and not for sale.

•            ♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

•            ♦ Change, modify or use my works without my permission.

•            ♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)

•            ♦ Take credit for the art.

•            ♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

•            ♦ Use the artwork for commercial use without permission!

• If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, prices will triple /decuple up or more (x3 or x10, depending). The following cases are considered commercial use:

•                 ♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.                

  • ​♦ When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like You Tube videos, banner of personal site, business cards...)

PLEASE do not be afraid to say something if I made a mistake, I want you to be 100% satisfied with how the drawing turned out!

 

It will only be Free of Charge, if I missed a detail you provided from your order form (error on my part)

You will be charged if you wish to change or add an accessory that was not in the information you provided  (Only applies after flat color stage)

It will be double the price of the commission you asked for, if you want such a big change, that I basically have to redo the drawing from scratch [Only applies after the flat color stage]

The sketch WIP / stage is your to chance to ask for change [expression / pose / etc] 

​

I will not change anything if you continuously ask for different poses or expressions

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. 
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

 Make sure to be clear in your order for what you aim for!
